As Director of Ventures, Riley is tasked with identifying and supporting promising social entrepreneurs that want to change the world of education.
Most recently, Riley was an attorney at Duane Morris LLP in the Education Practice. He has a long track record as an entrepreneur. He co-founded Sector Software in 2015 which earned him recognition as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneur in 2019. Riley received a B.A. in Political Science and American Studies from Columbia University, an M.S. in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from NYU Law School.
He is a proud Chicagoan at heart, having grown up on the city’s South Side. His passion for education started there with his grandparents who were both teachers for over thirty years.
