As Director of Stakeholder Engagement, Morgan is focused on supporting CityBridge’s programming, projects, and program alumni by identifying and building intentional relationships with our network. In her role she brings life to the proverb—if we want to go far, we must go together. Before joining the CityBridge team, Morgan worked in Chicago as a founding team member of an incubator embedded in one of the largest and oldest charter school networks in Chicago where she also managed the implementation of a large federal grant to open pre-schools across the network.
Morgan began her career in education tutoring in the juvenile justice system and student teaching in one of the most diverse schools in Seattle, WA. This led her to work in many levels of the education space—nonprofits, advocacy organizations, state government, and city bureaucracy. She holds a Masters in Education Policy from University of Washington and a B.A. in Humanities for Teaching and a B.A. in Political Science from Seattle University.
