Felicia Owo-Grant is Director of Strategic Development at Friendship Public Charter School and a 2021 Fellow.
Felicia is developing a professional learning ecosystem—inclusive of structured workshops and more holistic learning approaches—for school leaders at Friendship PCS.

Justin Lessek is Founder and Executive Director of Sojourner Truth Montessori PCS and a 2019 Resident.
Truth is a Montessori middle school and high school that fosters student-led classrooms, engages students in meaningful work with real-world applications, and offers a close-knit community where students pursue justice and practice stewardship.

Andre Zarate is an educational leader, most recently at Sojourner Truth Montessori PCS and a 2021 Fellow.
Andre is currently creating a counter-space school model that centers the needs of LGBTQIA+ students of color through the Z Factor Project and House of Legends.
